Education Research Methodology

Question: Discuss about theEducation for Research Methodology. Answer: Examining the effects of gifted programming in mathematics and Reading the ECLS-K Various Components Appear on the Article The article is based on the examination of the influence caused of gifted programming in mathematics. It also discusses about the fifth grade gifted programming policies. The article provides an overview of the gifted education and hierarchical linear modelling. In accordance with the data given in the article, the effects of gifted programs have largely become a part of scrutiny among the teachers and educational researchers. The article consists of different elements to provide desired outcome and implement its purpose. The first component appears with background of the study, which describes the significance and reasons behind conducting the article. Likewise, the next component comes with research questions based on which the outcome is gained. Thereafter, the article is guided by the research methods. Based on the research methods, the research results have been gained and a discussion has been provided. Lastly, the research limitations are described. Describing the How the Article Describing these Components In the background of the article, it is found that almost 3000 gifted students are there in the school of United States. However, a disparity of service appears within the states. Due to the lack of federal policy, financial crisis makes, the present situation of the gifted students in the states is mixed (Adelson, McCoach Gavin, 2012). This happens as the decisions are implemented at the state and local level; the students some students may receive gifted programming while others in a neighbouring school may not receive. Similarly, the research questions probe the effects of overall school achievement and they also examine the accomplishment of academic attitude of the gifted students. The article collects the data the restricted-use Early Childhood Longitudinal Study and from the Kindergarten class. Explaining How these can be Understood by the Reader for the Given Purpose The components help to understand that due to some particular factors like of lack of funding, poor federal policies, a state of disparity occurs among the states in US. This shows that some of the students are receiving the gifted education and others are deprived from it. The article helps to understand the significance of gifted programming in school. A large number of gifted students are there in each state. It is necessary to provide them with gifted programming and other necessary benefits. The examination of the research questions makes it clear that school provides the gifted programming based on some strengthened polices, where some teaching institutions do not find the importance of these policies. Explaining the Components that are not Present in the Article The article includes an in-depth discussion on the effects of gifted programming in school with primary analysis. Although, the study is conducted considering the importance and effects of gifted programming, it lacks a secondary analysis. The study did not provide any discussion on the existing literature, which could have demonstrated the reason behind restricting the gifted programming in states school. In addition, the based on the secondary analysis or review of literature, some significant aspect related to the topic could have been included to make the research more intensive.
